To redeem your gift card online, enter your 20-digit gift card number in the Payment & Summary section at checkout. Follow the steps below to redeem your gift card.
Enter the 20-digit gift card number on the back of the card. If you are using an electronic gift card, this number is located at the bottom of the email.
Click on Check Balance
Enter the amount you wish to redeem, for example 5.0 for £5 (without the £ sign).
Click on Redeem and your order total will change. Scroll down to continue entering your payment details or click Buy Now.
Your 6-digit security code can be found by scratching the black and silver panel on the back of the gift card. For e-gift cards, your security code can be found under the e-gift card number listed in the email.
Please note that a maximum of two gift cards can be redeemed at a time.
If your order has not been processed, please wait one hour for the gift card balance to become available again.
NDULGE points will not be accumulated for the portion of the order paid with NDULGE gift cards or rewards.
