Delivery Instructions
Schedule Your Delivery if you're not going to be home when your delivery arrives, you can reschedule it via the courier's delivery options or arrange to have it left in a safe place at your own risk. You will receive a text on the delivery day with an estimated time, and you can adjust the delivery time accordingly.
*Orders placed before 7pm Monday - Thursday will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 7pm Monday - Sunday, as well as orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, will be delivered within 1 to 2 working days.

What courier do we use?
For UK deliveries, we use Royal Mail for Standard and Next Day services and Stuart for 2 hour delivery.
For international delivery, we've teamed up with Global-e. Global-e provides you with the option to pay using your local currency, local payment methods and delivery services that will ensure you have a seamless shopping experience.

What should I do if I won’t be home to receive my order?
If you won’t be home for delivery, please reschedule the delivery using the Royal Mail “View Your Delivery Options”. Alternatively, you can allow the postman to leave the parcel in a safe place at your own risk.
How can I track my order?
Once you receive an email to confirm your order is on its way, a tracking link will be provided.
There's an error in my delivery address. Can I amend this?
Please contact Customer Services as soon as possible with your order number and correct delivery address ready.
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
How long will a Space NK store keep my Click & Collect Order?
They will hold your order for 10 days, after that, it will be returned to our warehouse.
If I place an order for Next Day delivery on a Friday, when will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 7pm from Monday-Thursday will be delivered next day. Orders placed on weekdays after 7pm or from Friday-Sunday will be delivered within 1-2 working days.
