We are aware that a fraudulent Space NK website is appearing on some social channels and through online adverts.
Please be aware that www.spacenk.com is the only genuine and legitimate website. Please ensure that logins and purchases are made exclusively on www.spacenk.com.
We ask customers to be cautious of websites or sellers offering similar products at unusually low prices.
No other website is owned, hosted or in any way affiliated with Space NK. Other sites are unfortunately fraudulent.
We are taking legal action against the imitation website and have reported it to the authorities who are conducting their own investigations. We are also working closely with Meta to block ads this company are running on social media platforms.
If you have already made a purchase, we strongly recommend you contact your bank to report the transaction as fraudulent. This will allow your bank to initiate the necessary fraud process to address this issue effectively.
We are working hard to protect our customers online, but we ask that you always remain vigilant to protect yourself from imitation websites and social media accounts. We also ask you to join us in reporting any sites or accounts that you suspect to be imitation or fraudulent.
Security Alert: Beware of Fake Customer Service Accounts
We're aware of fake accounts impersonating customer services and responding to customer queries on our Social platforms suggesting they can provide support.
Please do not engage with these accounts, share personal details or click on any suspicious links.
For all customers who require support, always contact Space NK through our official website using the Contact Us form.
