How can I add a gift box to my order?
At checkout, simply look for the option to add 'gift box and a personal message' ensure it’s selected and added to your order. Please note, we are unable to provide separate gift boxes for individual items in an order.
I forgot to select a gift box at checkout. Can you add it for me?
We process and pack orders very quickly to ensure they arrive with you as soon as possible, so unfortunately, we can’t add once the order has been placed. We recommend double-checking your selection at checkout to ensure it has been added.
Can I add gift box for an oversized item/order?
While we’d love to box all your gifts, please note that the gift box is unavailable for oversized orders or items due to packaging limitations. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Can I get a refund for gift box?
Please note the cost for a gift box isn't eligible for a refund.
