What is Klarna?

Am I eligible?
To pay later you must be 18 years of age or over. To maximise your chances, double-check your details - name, billing address, phone number, date of birth - are accurate. Klarna will run a soft-search assessment which will not affect your credit rating
You are also eligible to select Pay Later if you have either a German, Dutch, Austrian or Finnish bank account and residential address. You must be shopping in Euros and over 18 if you are shopping from these destinations.

Pay 30 Days Later
With Klarna’s Pay in 30 Days option, you can place your order and pay up to 30 days after your purchase has been dispatched.
Select ‘Pay Later’ at the checkout. No passwords required. Klarna will send you an email to remind you when your payment is due.

Pay In 3
With Klarna’s Pay in 3 option, you can spread the cost of your purchase across three equal, interest-free instalments. Select Pay in 3 at checkout and the first payment will be collected when your order is shipped. The remaining two payments will be collected automatically 30 and 60 days later, with no fees if you pay on time.
Pay in 3 is available to UK customers only.

I've cancelled my order - when will I receive my refund?
If you've cancelled your order, refunds are processed within 5 working days. You'll receive an updated version of your Klarna invoice within 24 hours of the order being cancelled.
I've returned my order - when will I receive my refund?
If you've returned some or part of your order back to us, Klarna will issue you with a new statement as soon as we processes your return. If you have not paid the statement yet, then the refund will reduce the statement or cancel it completely.

I've paid with Klarna - can I return my order to a store?
Please note that orders paid for with Klarna cannot be returned to a store for a refund or exchange. If you would like to return your order back to us click here to create a prepaid returns label.
