You can return your order in-store or use our pre-paid returns process within 28 days with proof of purchase. Unopened products can be exchanged or refunded. Opened and lightly used products can be exchanged. It’s part of our dedication to helping you find the right product.
How to return an online order:
Pre-Paid Returns Label (FREE)
1. You need to create a Pre-Paid Royal Mail Returns Label.
2. Make sure your items are securely wrapped and put the Returns Label clearly on the front of your parcel.
3. Please allow up to 4 working days after your return has been received for your refund or exchange to be processed.
Return to Store - The Fastest Way
You can exchange or refund your online order and mail order at any of our Space NK stores.
To return to store simply take a print-out of your order confirmation or the invoice received with your online order, and the products you wish to return or exchange, and tell the Beauty Advisor you bought it online. Please make sure you also take the payment card you originally used to purchase the products. If you do not have the original payment card with you, the sales assistant will offer you an exchange or a refund on to a Space NK gift card.
Unfortunately, if you have paid via PayPal we will need you to return your order to us using our pre-paid postal service as above.
How to return a European/International order:
For any parcels delivered outside of the UK, please ensure your parcel is sent back by Recorded Delivery. We strongly recommend that you obtain a postage receipt with your tracking number. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received at our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned, and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Unless an item is faulty, we cannot refund return postage costs.
How to return a store purchase:

We are responsible for your parcel once it has been received at our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned, and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Excludes gift card/e-gift cards, samples and gift with purchase, Sale and clearance items. Used is defined as any variation from its original condition including opened or outer seal broken. Customers exchanging goods can choose from our full selection including gift cards. Exchanges for a product of lesser value will have the remainder refunded on to a gift card. Our satisfaction guarantee does not extend to a previous return if it is not in its original condition. Please note that original delivery charges are not refunded.
We regret we cannot offer returns to store on sale items.
Space NK will refund your payment for the goods as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 4 working days after we have received the goods. In addition to our returns policy, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may also exercise this right if you are able to return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Once your refund has been processed, it can take your card provider 3 to 5 working days to credit your account.
