Our returns process is now paper free!
There are two easy ways to return your online order:
1 - Returns by Mail
To create your free prepaid return label, click here.
You will then be asked to enter your order number.
The products from your order will be listed - mark the products you wish to return and the reason why.
Once you submit this, you will be emailed a QR code to present at your local post office or a Royal Mail Customer Service Point.
Take your parcel to your local post office and present your QR code. You can also book a collection via Royal Mail.
To check if your return has been received, click here and enter your return/barcode number on your postage receipt.
Please keep hold of your postage receipt as proof of return provided by the post office
Once your return has been received at our DC, please allow up to 7 working days for processing. Please note that during the Christmas period, processing times may extend up to 14 days due to peak season.
2 - Returns to Store
Visit any Space NK store to return your order. Please bring any of the following: your Space NK order or shipping confirmation email or the Space NK order on your mobile device. Additionally, please bring the debit or credit card you used to place your order.
Orders paid using Paypal, Klarna or Alipay cannot be returned in store.
Uncollected Click & Collect Orders
We're sorry you weren't able to collect your order. You have 9 days to collect your order from the delivery date. After that, the store will return it to our warehouse. Please allow an additional 15 days for your order to be processed and refunded.
If you still wish to receive your order, please contact first the store in case your order is still there or contact our customer service team here.
T&Cs
We strongly recommend that you obtain a postage receipt with your tracking number/barcode number. We are only responsible for your parcel once it has been received at our warehouse.
Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned, and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Excludes gift card/e-gift cards, samples and gift with purchase. Used is defined as any variation from its original condition including opened or outer seal broken. Customers exchanging goods can choose from our full selection including gift cards. Exchanges for a product of lesser value will have the remainder refunded on to a gift card.
Our satisfaction guarantee does not extend to a previous return if it is not in its original condition. Please note that original delivery charges are not refunded. For electrical devices, the warranty period falls in line with the brand in questions warranty period. Please visit the brand's website for further information. Space NK will refund your payment for the goods as soon as possible by the original payment method. In addition to our returns policy, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may also exercise this right if you are able to return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Your statutory rights are not affected. Once your refund has been processed, it can take your card provider 5 working days to credit your account.
