We are always very disappointed on the rare occasions our customers receive a faulty item and we want to resolve these as quickly as possible. If you have identified the fault within 28 days of purchase, then you can return the item under our normal returns procedure for an exchange or a refund. Make sure you let us know about the fault so we can make sure other items are not affected. We will refund any return postage cost on a faulty item, and ensure you are reimbursed for recorded delivery postage on the item.
Due to the temporary closure of our stores, we have extended our returns policy for purchases made in-store on or after 1st November 2020, for up to 28 days from the reopening of our stores.
If you have placed an online order, our returns policy has been extended to 60 days from the date you received your order.
