I'm under 18, what skincare should I be using?
While active ingredients like acids and retinol are great for addressing skin concerns, we don't recommend them for young skin as they can disrupt your skin barrier and cause irritation. You can pop into your local store where our Beauty Advisors will help you find the right products for your skin.
Faulty Product
We are always very disappointed on the rare occasions our customers receive a faulty item and we want to resolve these as quickly as possible. If you have identified the fault within 28 days of purchase, then you can return the item under our normal returns procedure for an exchange or a refund. Make sure you let us know about the fault so we can make sure other items are not affected. We will refund any return postage cost on a faulty item, and ensure you are reimbursed for recorded delivery postage on the item.
Warranty
All electrical products and tools will have a one-year warranty.
