What is Clearpay?
Clearpay is a payment service that allows you to spread the cost of your purchase across four instalments, payable every two weeks. There is no interest to pay when you pay on time. Late fees may apply.
Who can use Clearpay?
To use Clearpay, you must be aged 18 or over, be a permanent UK resident and have a UK billing address. You must also have a valid UK debit or credit card.
Clearpay is subject to eligibility checks and may not be available for every order.
How does Clearpay work?
Select Clearpay at checkout and your purchase will be split into four instalments. The first payment will be taken at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments collected automatically every two weeks.
Is there a spending limit?
The maximum order value is £1,200, including delivery charges. Your individual spending limit may be lower and is determined by Clearpay.
Can I use a gift card or promotional code with Clearpay?
You can use a gift card or promotional code when paying with Clearpay. Please note that loyalty points or rewards can only be used where they are accepted at checkout.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If you miss a payment, Clearpay may charge a late fee. Your ability to use Clearpay for future purchases may also be affected. For further information, please refer to Clearpay’s terms and conditions.
How are Clearpay orders delivered?
Clearpay orders are delivered within our standard delivery timeframes, just like any other Space NK order.
Can I return an item purchased with Clearpay?
Yes. Our standard returns policy applies to all Clearpay orders. Once your return has been processed, Clearpay will update your payment plan accordingly.
Is Clearpay regulated by the FCA?
Clearpay Plans are not currently regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
