How Do I Ensure My Parcel Is Delivered Successfully?

Taking responsibility for arranging your delivery is the best way to ensure it arrives safely. After dispatch, you will receive a notification with the delivery date and estimated time. Royal Mail or the delivery company will also send a text, allowing you to reschedule so someone will be home.

How can I track my order?

Once you receive an email confirming your order is on its way, a tracking link will be included so you can follow your delivery in real time. You can also track your order easily through the Space NK App by signing in to your account and viewing your recent orders.

There's an error in my delivery address. Can I amend this?

Once an order has been submitted, we can’t guarantee a delivery address change. However, if you contact Customer Services within 1 hour of placing your order with your order number and correct address, we’ll do our best to help or offer alternatives.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

What courier do we use?

For UK deliveries, we use Royal Mail for Standard and Next Day services.

For ROI deliveries, we use DPD and DHL.

For international delivery, we've teamed up with Global-e. Global-e provides you with the option to pay using your local currency, local payment methods and delivery services that will ensure you have a seamless shopping experience.

How long will a Space NK store keep my Click & Collect Order?

We will hold your order for 9 days in your chosen store, after that, it will be returned to our warehouse.

If I place an order for Next Day delivery on a Friday, when will I receive my order?

Orders placed before 4pm from Monday-Thursday will be delivered next working day. Orders placed on weekdays after 7pm or from Friday-Sunday will be delivered within 1-2 working days.
