The 12 Days of Luxury is available online from 7am (BST) 6th October 2026 for NDULGE Deluxe members and available online and in-store for all customers from 8th October 2026 while stocks last.
Early access does not reserve or guarantee a 12 Days of Luxury. All orders remain subject to stock availability. Early Access finishes 7am (BST) on 8th October 2026.
A maximum of five (5) 12 Days of Luxury per customer applies for UK and Republic of Ireland based customers. Space NK may cancel quantities ordered above the applicable limit and refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.
Corporate purchases are not permitted.
Promotional offers, vouchers, discounts, including the Welcome 10 voucher, do not apply to the 12 Days of Luxury, unless a specific offer is clearly shown on the product page.
Images used online and in promotional material may vary If a featured product becomes unavailable, Space NK may substitute it with a comparable product of equal or greater value, provided that the substitution does not materially alter the nature or reduce the overall value of the 12 Days of Luxury.
Individual products within the 12 Days of Luxury cannot be exchanged for a different product, shade or size where the customer has simply changed their mind, and no cash alternative is available. This does not affect any rights or remedies available where a product is faulty, damaged, missing or not as described.
Space NK reserves the right to change, modify, or withdraw this offer at any time before accepting an order. If Space NK is unable to fulfil an accepted order, it will notify the customer and provide an appropriate refund.
Returns
UK: The 12 Days of Luxury can only be returned if it is completely intact and in its original packaging and otherwise returned in accordance with Space NK’s returns policy.
Ireland: 12 Days of Luxury orders cannot be returned (as they contain fragrance/hazardous materials). Refunds will be issued for faulty/lost in transit in accordance with Space NK’s returns policy.
Delivery:
Partial fulfilment – 12 Days of Luxury orders containing other products may arrive separately.
UK: Due to high demand, please allow up to 4 weeks for Standard Delivery of our 12 Days of Luxury. Alternatively, access Next Day shipping through Limitless Beauty delivery pass.
Click & Collect is available, orders placed before 2pm will be ready for collection in the store of your choice within 2-5 days (Monday to Friday).
We will send you an email once your order is ready for collection at your chosen store. Your order can only be collected if you present your Release Code. This code will be sent to you in an email once the order has been delivered to the store.
Please remember to bring a copy of your collection email and a form of ID.
You have 9 days to collect your order from the date of delivery. After this period the order will be returned to our warehouse, and you will be issued a refund via your original method of payment.
Next Day delivery and Standard Priority will be off for any orders that have the 12 Days of Luxury in them. NDD will only be available for Limitless customers for the 12 Days of Luxury.
Ireland:
Due to high demand, 12 Days of Luxury orders will be delivered by the end of October.
