Space NK Beauty Advent Calendar Waitlist Terms & Conditions
The promoter is Space NK Limited ("Space NK", "we", "us" or "our").
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Space NK Beauty Advent Calendar Waitlist ("Waitlist"). By joining the Waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
The 2026 Beauty Advent Calendar waitlist is open to customers aged 18 years or older in all eligible countries, excluding those listed below.
Algeria, American Samoa, Angola, Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Bangladesh, Barbados, Bhutan, Bonaire, Saint Eustatius and Saba, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Brunei Darussalam, Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Chad, China, Comoros, Cook Islands, Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Djibouti, Dominica, East Timor, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Ethiopia, Falkland Islands, Faroe Islands, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Gambia, Georgia, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guam, Guatemala, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Guyana, Haiti, Indonesia, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kiribati, Korea (South), Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Lesotho, Macau, Madagascar, Malawi, Malaysia, Maldives, Marshall Islands, Martinique, Mauritania, Mauritius, Micronesia, Moldova, Mongolia, Montserrat, Namibia, Nauru, Nepal, Netherlands Antilles, New Caledonia, Niue, North Macedonia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Peru, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Reunion, Rwanda, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent & the Grenadines, Samoa, Sao Tome and Principe, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Slovak Republic, Solomon Islands, Sri Lanka, St Barthelemy, St Martin, Sudan, Suriname, Swaziland, Tanzania, Thailand, Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Turks and Caicos Islands, Tuvalu, USA, Uruguay, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu, Vatican City State (Holy See), Venezuela, Vietnam, Virgin Islands (U.S.), Wallis and Futuna Islands, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
2. Waitlist Registration
By joining the waitlist, customers consent to receiving marketing communications from Space NK.
Customers may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Please note that unsubscribing may mean you do not receive future communications relating to the Beauty Advent Calendar, including any early access opportunities.
3. Early Access
Customers who join the waitlist will be offered an opportunity to purchase the Beauty Advent Calendar before it is made available to the general public.
Early access is offered at Space NK's discretion and does not guarantee that all Waitlist members will receive an invitation or access to purchase.
4. No Guarantee of Purchase
Joining the Waitlist or receiving an early access invitation does not guarantee the availability, reservation, allocation or purchase of a Beauty Advent Calendar.
All orders are subject to product availability, successful payment authorisation and acceptance by Space NK in accordance with its Terms & Conditions of Sale.
5. Product Availability
The Beauty Advent Calendar is available whilst stocks last. Customers are limited to purchasing a maximum of 5 calendars per person, with no exceptions.
Customers in Republic of Ireland (ROI) are restricted to 2 Beauty Advent Calendars only, due to shipping restrictions. This restriction is applicable for online only, with no exceptions.
Corporate purchases are not permitted.
Promotional offers, discounts/Welcome 10 voucher do not apply to the Beauty Advent Calendar, unless a specific offer is clearly shown on the product page.
Images used online and in promotional material may vary; Space NK reserves the right to substitute any product within the Beauty Advent Calendar for a product of similar, equal or higher value.
Space NK also reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where it reasonably believes that purchase limits have been exceeded or where an order has been placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
6. Launch Communications
Space NK will use reasonable endeavours to notify Waitlist members of key launch dates, early access opportunities and relevant purchase information via email using the email address provided at registration.
Space NK is not responsible for emails that are not received due to incorrect email addresses, spam or junk mail filters, technical issues or circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
7. Purchase Window
Where an exclusive purchasing window is offered, it will remain open for the period specified in the relevant launch communication.
Any remaining stock may be released for general sale following the expiry of the early access period.
8. Amendments
Space NK reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Waitlist, early access programme or these Terms & Conditions at any time where reasonably necessary, including for operational, legal or commercial reasons.
9. Data Protection
Personal information submitted as part of the Waitlist registration will be processed in accordance with the Space NK Privacy Policy.
10. General
Space NK's decision regarding all aspects of the Waitlist, including eligibility, operation of the programme and allocation of stock, shall be final.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
