TERMS & CONDITIONS GISOU X SpaceNK “Gloss-o-meter” | 4 – 6 June 2026 |
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to participation in the Gisou x SpaceNK Event (the “Event”), organized by NM Beauty Industries B.V. dba ‘Gisou’ (“NM Beauty”). By attending or participating in the Event, each participant (“Participant”) acknowledges and agrees to these Terms, as well as to NM Beauty’s General Terms & Conditions available at [Terms & Conditions] and the Privacy Policy [Privacy policy]. These Terms are effective as of 3rd of June 2026 and remain valid for the duration of the Event and any related promotional period.
I. General Overview
The Event can be attended on the 5th and 6th of June 2026, between 9am and 7pm at Piazza, Covent Garden, London. The Event can be attended free of charge. No products are sold at the Event. The Event is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. Minors may attend only under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Participation in the Event constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms and any decisions made by NM Beauty, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Event.
II. Gift with purchase (GWP)
By making a purchase of £90 or more on Gisou products at SpaceNK Covent Garden London, (5 Neal St, London WC2H 9PU), between the 4th and 6th of June 2026 during store opening hours (a “Qualifying Purchase”), customers will be eligible to receive a complimentary Honey Gloss pouch (the “Gift with Purchase”), whilst supplies last. The Qualifying Purchase must be valued at £90 or more on Gisou products. To redeem the gift, customers must follow the in-store instructions at the time of purchase. Gifts must be redeemed instore and cannot be exchanged for cash. If qualifying items are returned, the gift must also be returned, or its value shall be deducted. Misuse of the promotion may result in refusal of future transactions at NM Beauty’s sole discretion. The Gift with Purchase cannot be resold or otherwise used for commercial purposes.
III. Voluntary Participation; Release of Liability
Participation in the Event, including any product sampling, testing, demonstrations, or interactive experiences, is voluntary and undertaken at the Participant’s own risk. Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical condition, sensitivities, allergies, and suitability for participation. Participants should not participate in any product testing or sampling if they have known allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or any other concerns that may be affected by cosmetic or haircare products.
IV. Conduct & Safety
Participants must follow all staff instructions and safety protocols at all times, act respectfully towards staff, other attendees, Event property and refrain from any conduct that may endanger others or disrupt the Event. NM Beauty reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any Participant from the Event who fails to comply with Event rules or engages in inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
V. Accessibility
To ensure the Event experience is accessible to all Participants, wheelchair users will be offered an alternative guided experience with a dedicated Brand Ambassador instead of the immersive pod experience. This assisted journey is intended to provide a substantially similar Event experience, with the core elements and participation opportunities comparable to those available to other attendees.
VI. QUEUE
As part of the Event, Participants will be required to sign up to the queue for queue management purposes. Participants will need to scan QR code and share their name and number for an SMS alert to join the queue. If Participants fail to join the queue within 10 minutes of receiving the notification, they will forfeit their position in the queue. NM Beauty reserves the right to limit, suspend, or close the queue at any time at its sole discretion.
VII. Photography and filming
The Event will be photographed and recorded. By attending, Participants consent to being captured in images, video, audio, or other recordings. NM Beauty and its affiliates may use such media, including a Participant’s likeness, image, voice, and/or name, or promotional and marketing purposes worldwide without further notice or compensation. Participants who prefer not to be recorded must inform an NM Beauty staff member upon entry; NM Beauty will attempt to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee complete avoidance of incidental capture.
VIII. Gifts and promotional items
Participants may receive complimentary gifts, samples, merchandise or promotional items at the Event. All gifts are provided as-is, subject to availability, and cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for cash. NM Beauty makes no warranties or representations regarding gifts and reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value when necessary, modify promotional offerings, or provide no gifts at all.
As part of the Event experience a random hourly giveaway will take place for Participants. One Participant per hour may receive a promotional gift package including: one (1) Honey Gloss Ceramide Therapy Shampoo 250ml, one (1) Honey Gloss Ceramide Therapy Conditioner 200ml, one (1) Honey Infused Hair Oil 20ml, one (1) Honey Gloss Collagen Drops 20ml, and one (1) Honey Milk Leave In Conditioner 150ml, with a total approximate retail value of £124 (hereinafter referred to as: the “Prize”).
A random software mechanism operated through [gloss-o-meter_gisoucom.engagedigital.gloss-o-meter_gisou] will be used every hour to determine whether the Participant taking part in the pod experience at that time is selected to win the gift package. The Participant will be notified during their experience whether or not they have been selected.
Odds of winning are estimated at approximately 1 in 25 and may vary depending on participation levels. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. Winners must collect the Prize on-site during the Event and in accordance with the instructions provided by Event staff, failing which the Prize may be forfeited. NM Beauty makes no warranties or representations regarding the Prize and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute, modify, suspend, or withdraw the giveaway or any Prize at any time without prior notice. Participation is limited to one (1) entry per person during the Event, and a Participant may win only once.
Wheelchair users participating in the alternative guided Event experience are eligible for the same prize opportunities as other participants and will be offered an alternative participation method.
IX. Event modifications and Cancellations
NM Beauty reserves the right to modify, postpone, or (partly) cancel the Event or any of its activities at any time due to (but including not limited to) any operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances. NM Beauty shall not be liable for any loss, expense, or inconvenience arising from such modification or cancellation.
X. Data Collection and Privacy
NM Beauty may collect personal information such as names and phone numbers, to facilitate queue management during the Event. All personal information is processed in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. By participating, Participants consent to the use of their information in accordance with Dutch and U.S. privacy regulations, including the EU GDPR and relevant UK privacy laws including the UK GDPR. XI. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NM Beauty, its affiliates, partners, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Event. Participation in the Event is at the Participant’s own risk. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by NM Beauty’s negligence or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
XII. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to the Event shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, unless mandatory local law (including UK health, safety, or consumer protection regulations) requires otherwise.
