Order Delays – Service Update
We would like to provide an update regarding recent order delays.
As part of our ongoing improvements to our warehouse systems, we recently completed an upgrade designed to deliver a more efficient and reliable service.
During this transition period, some orders have been affected and may take longer than usual to process and dispatch.
To help the team clear the backlog and restore normal service levels as quickly as possible, we have temporarily paused our Next Day Delivery service.
We will reinstate this service as soon as the backlog has been cleared and we are confident that normal fulfilment times have resumed.
Which orders are affected?
We currently have limited visibility of some orders affected during the transition period.
Our teams are working closely with our warehouse partners to restore full visibility, and we will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
So far, customers who placed orders between 14th and 31st May are most likely to experience large delays, as these orders were processed during the period most affected by the system upgrade.
Orders placed more recently may still experience minor delays, but the impact is significantly lower as our teams continue to work through the backlog and normal operations resume.
Some orders may be partially shipped, with the remaining items sent separately. Please rest assured that we still intend to fulfil your order in full.
What are we doing to fix this?
Our warehouse, engineering, and Customer Service teams are working together to resolve any outstanding issues and process affected orders as quickly as possible. We are seeing continued progress each day and are closely monitoring the situation to ensure service returns to normal as soon as possible.
