When will I receive my birthday email and how long is the code valid for?
- Eligibility: Ensure that you are subscribed to our marketing emails and have made a purchase within the last 12 months.
- Timing: Birthday emails are sent out between the 1st and 8th of your birthday month.
- Code Validity: Check the birthday email for the code's expiry date.
- Note: One gift per customer, limited stock available, while stocks last. If the code is not working it means that the gift has sold out.

When will I receive my birthday email and how long is the code valid for?
- Eligibility: Ensure that you are subscribed to our marketing emails and are part of the Deluxe loyalty programme.
- Timing: Birthday emails are sent out between the 1st and 8th of your birthday month.
- Code Validity: Check the birthday email for the code's expiry date.
- Note: One gift per customer. Limited stock available - while supplies last. If the code is not working it means that the gift has sold out.
How can I redeem my birthday gift ?
- In-store: Order at the till with one of our beauty advisors. Your gift will then be sent with next-day delivery to either your home address or your chosen store.

What if my birthday code isn’t working?
- You must be logged into your account to redeem your birthday code.
- If the gift is out of stock, the code will not be applied, and you will receive a "Not Applied" message.

How can I find my 20 digit membership number?
- Visit the ‘NDULGE’ account page on our website for help locating your membership number or click here and select "Don't know your NDULGE number”
PURCHASE POINTS
Why haven’t my points been added to my account?
- Allow 48 hours after your order has been dispatched for your points to be added to your account.
- If points are missing, contact us here.
- Note: Points aren’t earned with gift card payments or NDULGE rewards/vouchers.
Where is my NDULGE reward?

Once you earn 100 points, your NDULGE reward will be automatically added to your account within 48 hours.
Where do I check my reward balance?
- Click here to log in to your account and your balance will appear automatically.
How do I redeem my NDULGE reward?
- At checkout, go to the Payment & Summary section.
- Enter your 20-digit NDULGE membership number and select 'Check Balance'.
- Enter the reward amount you want to redeem (don’t include the £/$ sign) and click 'Redeem'.
- A message will appear once your NDULGE reward has been successfully applied to your order.
I signed up in-store but don’t have an online account. What should I do?
- Create an online account and select "No" when prompted to create a new NDULGE account.
- Simply enter your NDULGE number at checkout to link your account and begin earning or redeeming points.
