For in-store purchases, points will be registered on your NDULGE card within 24 hours. For online orders, points will be awarded to the account 48 hours after order dispatch.

WHAT OTHER BENEFITS DOES NDULGE MEMBERSHIP GIVE ME?
As well as earning 1 point for every£/$/€1 spent, you will also receive:

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY NDULGE CARD?
You'll receive your paper NDULGE Card in the post within 2 weeks after you join. Customers who sign up in-store within the Republic of Ireland will receive their NDULGE card upon registration. For our customers shopping outside the UK, you will receive a digital card with your membership number.
DO I HAVE TO WAIT TO RECEIVE MY NDULGE CARD IN THE POST BEFORE I CAN EARN POINTS?
No, all you need is your unique NDULGE membership number and you can earn points in-store or online. You'll find your unique membership number on your receipt if you registered in-store, or by email when you sign up for the programme online.
HOW DO I ACCESS MY MEMBERSHIP DETAILS AND PROTECT MY CARD AGAINST LOSS/THEFT?
Once you sign up to NDULGE, your membership is already protected and registered. You can still earn points for all your purchases made in-store or online without your physical membership card. If you wish to report the membership card stolen/lost, please contact Customer Services.
HOW CAN I FIND MY NDULGE MEMBERSHIP NUMBER?
Your 20 digit NDULGE membership number can be located on the back of your NDULGE card. If you no longer have your NDULGE card click here and select 'Don't know your NDULGE number'.
CAN I EARN POINTS ON ALL MY PURCHASES?
Yes, you can earn points on all your purchases made in UK stores or online at spacenk.com. Points for online purchases are applied to your account within 48 hours after your order is dispatched. Euro NDULGE cardholders can earn points on all purchases made within our Republic of Ireland stores.
HOW MANY POINTS WILL I EARN?
You will collect 1 point for every £/$/€1 you spend. This excludes any payments made using gift cards and NDULGE Rewards. For example, if you spend £/$100 and used a £/$20 gift card/Reward, you will receive 80 points. Note, points are awarded based on the amount spent converted into GBP (based on exchange rate).
HOW SOON WILL MY POINTS BE REGISTERED?
For in-store purchases, points will be registered on your NDULGE card straight away. For online orders, points will be awarded to the account 48 hours after order dispatch.
HOW MUCH DO I NEED TO SPEND TO RECEIVE A £5 REWARD?
You need to spend £/$/€100 to receive a £/$/€5 NDULGE reward to redeem in-store or click here to see how to redeem online.
HOW CAN I BECOME A DELUXE MEMBER?
To become a Deluxe Member, you need to spend £/€1,000 or more within a 12 month period. You will receive an email to confirm your new Deluxe Status and the perks that come with it.
DO I HAVE TO WAIT A WHOLE YEAR TO BE UPGRADED?
No. As soon as you spend £/€1,000, you will be automatically enrolled on our NDULGE de luxe membership. We will confirm this via email.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T SPEND ENOUGH IN A YEAR?
If your spending falls below that required for NDULGE de luxe membership, you will then revert to the previous NDULGE tier. However, you can get upgraded again as soon as your spending goes above £/$/€1,000 within a 12-month period.
MY PAYMENT DID NOT GO THROUGH BY MY NDULGE REWARD HAS DISAPPEARED, WHAT NOW?
If your NDULGE Reward was applied to an order that did not process successfully, your reward will return to your account within 30 minutes. If not, please contact Customer Services.
HOW CAN I KEEP TRACK OF HOW MANY POINTS/NDULGE REWARDS I'VE EARNED?
For UK NDULGE cardholders - log into your online shopping account, click on the My Account tab, scroll to the NDULGE rewards section where you will be able to view your points and NDULGE reward balance. If this information is not displayed, please enter the 20 digit NDULGE number on the back of the card and click submit. Euro NDULGE cardholders can receive a balance check with a beauty adviser in-store.
HOW CAN I ADD MY BIRTHDAY TO MY ACCOUNT?

HOW CAN I REDEEM BY BIRTHDAY GIFT?
You will receive a birthday email with your unique code to redeem the gift online. For more information, click here.
IF I FORGET MY NDULGE CARD, CAN I GET THE POINTS ADDED AT A LATER DATE?
Yes, please Contact Us within 7 days of your purchase and ask for your points to be retrospectively applied. Please ensure that you also provide us with your receipt number and NDULGE membership number.
HOW LONG ARE MY POINTS VALID FOR?
Your points will expire after 12 months.
HOW LONG IS MY NDULGE REWARD VALID FOR?
Your reward is valid for 3 months from the date at which they were granted, after which time they will expire. Once your Reward has expired it may not be used to make purchases or be retrospectively applied.
DOES MY CARD HAVE AN EXPIRY DATE?
No. However, if inactive for a period of 16 months or more, your card will become invalid and the remaining balance will not be transferable to a new card and cannot be refunded.
I HAVE BOTH A UK NDULGE CARD AND A US NDULGE CARD - WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you have both a UK and a US NDULGE card, please contact us here, and we will update your balance status.
IF I'M A ROI CARDHOLDER, CAN I USE MY NDULGE CARD ONLINE?
ROI cardholders are not currently able to use their card online.
