USING A PROMO CODE
Enter your valid promo code in the 'Promo Code' box on the 'Shopping Bag' page and select 'APPLY'. Only one promo code can be used at any one time.
USING A PROMO CODE AND NDULGE REWARDS
You can use both a promo code and your NDULGE reward together. Enter your promo code on the 'Shopping Bag' page. NDULGE rewards can be redeemed on the ‘Payment & Summary’ page. Click here for more information on how you can redeem your NDULGE reward online.
I'VE GOT AN ERROR MESSAGE
- Ensure you are logged into your Space NK account.
- "Promo code XXXX is not recognised. Please check your spelling and try again"
Ensure the code is entered correctly, be aware of any spaces or special characters and try again. - Promo code "XXXX" has expired.
Please check to see if the promo is still valid or if it has now expired. Please refer to the promo T&Cs. -
"Promo code was already redeemed and is no longer valid"
Once the promo code has been redeemed against an order, the code will not be valid. If the code was used against an order that failed, please allow 2 hours for the code to be available to use again.
FREE DELIVERY HAS NOT BEEN APPLIED
You can either change the delivery method before you click Checkout Securely, or select it at the Delivery & Address section. If your promotion qualifies for Free Express Delivery, it will be displayed as free on the Payment & Summary section.
ADD A PROMOTIONAL GIFT TO MY ORDER
