I GOT AN ERROR MESSAGE
- "Promo code XXXX is not recognised. Please check your spelling and try again"
Please ensure there are no spaces and that the code is copied out exactly and attempt it again.
- Promo code "XXXX" has expired.
Please check to see if the promotion is still running, or if it has ended. Click here to visit the Promotional Terms and Conditions page.
- "Promo code was already redeemed and is no longer valid"
Once the promotional code has been redeemed against an order, the code will not be valid. If the code was used against an order that failed, please allow 2 hours for the code to be reinstated.
FREE DELIVERY HAS NOT BEEN APPLIED
You can either change the delivery method before you click Checkout Securely, or select it at the Delivery & Address section. If your promotion qualifies for Free Express Delivery, it will be displayed as free on the Payment & Summary section.
