SPACE NK X ERBORIAN DROP GAME PRIZE DRAW

PRESENTED BY SPACE NK LIMITED (“SPACE NK”)

1. INTRODUCTION 

1. The Space NK x Erborian Game Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) is offered by Space NK Limited (registered no. 02773985) with registered address of 5th Floor Shropshire House, 11-20 Capper Street, London, WC1E 6JA. 
2. The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the date on which they enter the Prize Draw, except for employees of Space NK, its group companies, agents or anyone professionally connected with this Prize Draw and any member of their respective immediate families. 
3. The Prize Draw begins on 1st January 2026 at 7am BST and ends on 2nd February 2026  at 11.45pm BST (“Prize Draw Period”). Space NK’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Prize Draw. Entries received after the Prize Draw Period will not be valid. 

2. HOW TO ENTER THE PRIZE DRAW 

1. To enter the Prize Draw, you must enter your email address in the registration form, and you must play and complete the Drop Game during the Prize Draw Period.  
2. Upon completion and submission of the registration form, you automatically will be entered with one (1) entry into the Prize Draw. You must provide all required information to be eligible to enter and win.   
3. Only one entry is permitted per person.  
4. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. 

3. SELECTION OF WINNERS 

1. 52 winners will be chosen from all valid entries at random performed by a computer process on 3rd February 2026.  
2. The potential prize winners will be notified by email (to the email address provided by the entrants) on 4th February 2026. The potential prize winners will be required to respond to the email to claim the prize within five (5) days of the notification. 
3. If a potential prize winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the time period specified above, or is disqualified for any reason, the prize will be forfeited. Space NK reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternate winner selected based on the Prize Draw rules above. 

4. PRIZES 

1. First Prize (1 winner)
2. Overnight stay for two at the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London.
3. £500 Space NK Shopping Spree (provided by Space NK).
4. Taxes covered.
5. Dining not included.
6. Transport to/from the venue is not included.
7. Prize validity: Must be redeemed within 3 months, valid from 1 February to 31 March 2026.
8. The winner must contact Space NK to arrange booking.
9. Second Prize (1 winner)
10. £500 worth of Erborian products (retail value).
11. The winner may spend this online or in-store at Space NK (UK & Ireland only).
12. Space NK will provide either an authorisation code or email confirmation enabling the winner to redeem the prize in store or online.
13. Third Prize (50 winners)

Each winner will receive one Erborian CC Redness Range Set:

• 1 × CC Red 40ml
• 1 × Centella Barrier Cream 50ml
• 1 × Centella Cream 50ml
• 1 × Centella Red Serum 30ml

5. CONDITIONS 

1. All prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative. In the unlikely event of any of the prizes not being available, Space NK reserves the right to offer an alternative or equal or similar value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Space NK, the prize will only be awarded to the winner. Space NK will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. 
2. Space NK reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. Space NK may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry and the prize may be withheld until and unless Space NK (in its sole discretion) is satisfied with the verification.  
3. Space NK reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the promotion or entering using fraudulent means, or who Space NK believes to have acted in breach of these terms and conditions, or who does not give correct contact details, or those who make an entry on someone else's behalf. 
4. No entries from agents, third parties, syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, script or the use of automated devices are permitted and no bulk entries.  
5. The winner(s)’ details (name and county) will be made available on request to those writing to Space NK, 5th Floor Shropshire House, 11-20 Capper Street, London, WC1E 6JA within ten weeks after the closing date, enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope. 
6. All costs and expenses not included within the prizes are the responsibility of the winner(s). 
7. Each winner may be required to participate in publicity arising from this Prize Draw. 

6. LIABILITY 

1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Space NK excludes liability for any losses, damages or claims incurred by any person in connection with the Prize Draw or receipt or misuse of any prize. 
2. Space NK does not accept responsibility for any entry which for technical or other reasons is unsuccessful, incomplete, lost, late, damaged, corrupted or misdirected, or which does not comply with these terms and conditions. 
3. If the Prize Draw is being run on any social media platform or another third party's platform, that Prize Draw is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with that social media platform or third party (as applicable).  Participants acknowledge that such social media platform or third party (as applicable) shall not have any liability to them in connection with that Prize Draw.  

7. GENERAL 

1. Any decision of Space NK in respect of the Prize Draw is final. 
2. Space NK reserves the right to extend, withdraw, alter or suspend the Prize Draw or these terms and conditions at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable. 
3. By entering this Prize Draw, all participants will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and consent to the processing of their personal data by Space NK for the purposes of the administration of this Prize Draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. Data that is collected will be used in accordance with Space NK’s privacy policy here. All entry instructions form part of the rules.  
4. These terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
