The value of your Shopping Bag must total the specified threshold for the gift carousel to appear at the Shopping Bag page.
There is one gift per customer, not one per order. If a gift does not appear in the carousel, it has sold out.
Gift Cards, E-Gift Cards and delivery charges do not contribute towards the basket total.
If any items purchased to receive the gift are returned, bringing the Shopping Bag total below the specified threshold the gift must also be returned in its entirety, along with any items purchased as part of the promotion, in its original packaging.
