NDULGE DELUXE PRIZE DRAW (the “Prize Draw”)

By entering this Prize Draw, you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. The promoter of this Prize Draw is Space NK Limited of 5th Floor Shropshire House, 11-20 Capper Street, London, WC1E 6JA (the “Promoter”).
2. The Prize Draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, who are Space NK NDULGE Deluxe tier customers and who have opted into receive marketing communications from the Promoter, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Prize Draw.
3. To enter the Prize Draw, make a purchase in a Space NK store, or on the Space NK website that is linked to your NDULGE Deluxe membership, on either the 9^th or 15^th December 2022 between 00:01 – 23:59 (GMT) of each day (the “Promotional Period”). Entries received after this time will not be accepted OR considered.
4. One entry per person during the Promotional Period. Entrants may make multiple purchases but will only be entered once.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are misdirected, lost, damaged, not successfully completed due to a technical fault or other reason whatsoever.
6. One winner will be chosen from all valid entries by random in the presence of an independent adjudicator on Thursday 22^nd December 2022 ("Draw Date").
7. The prize is x1 £150 SpaceNK e-gift card.  The prize may be subject to separate terms and conditions as stipulated by the Promoter (the “Prize”).
8. The selected winner(s) will be notified by email linked to the winner’s NDULGE membership account before Friday 23^rd December 2022. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
9. The Prize will be sent to the winner via valid email within 14 days of the selected entrant being declared the official winner.
10. The Prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Promoter will not be responsible for lost or stolen Prize.
11. The Prize is subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so. The Promoter shall not be liable for any claims or complaints of any nature in respect of the Prize.
12. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it, other than for the purposes of contacting the potential winner(s).
13. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
15. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
16. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be used strictly for the purpose of administering the Promotion and processed as set out in the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
17. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
