Here are some FAQs about our current Sale that maybe useful
- I placed my order, but now I see the my product has been put on sale, can you honour the sale price?
Any purchases made before the sale is an agreed price to pay. Therefore we cannot offer a price match. However, you are more than welcome to return the original order to us, and place another order with the new sale price. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
- I have a Promotional Code (e.g. Refer a Friend, GIFT25/JOY vouchers), can I use it against Sale Items
Unfortunately, these codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Can I use my n.centives against my order even if I have sale Items in?
Absolutely! You can use your n.centives against your order. Click here to find out how to redeem them.
- Will I receive points for my sale purchase
Of course! Your points amount will correlate to the amount spent on the order.
- Can I return a sale item if I am not satisfied.
You are more than welcome to return any products back to us, including sale items. Click here to see our Returns Procedure page.
- Can I return an item and receive a refund? If so how much?
You will be refunded the amount spent on that product during the sale. The sale price difference is non-refundable/exchangeable.
- Will I be told when my order is on its way?
You will be sent a dispatch email with a tracking link to follow the order up until delivery.
- Will there be any delays?
Due to the festive period and courier delays, we kindly ask you allow extra time for your order to be delivered. Your tracking links will provide you the latest updates.
- My packaging looks worn and torn? Is it safe to use?
Please note that while all products remain in a pristine condition, due to the nature of the sale some external packaging may appear slightly worn.
- How come my shade of make-up is not on offer.
Our 50% and 20% off sales are on selected lines, including selected shades.
- Can a Sales purchase be gift wrapped?
Unfortunately, items that are in the sale cannot be gift wrapped.
