Are there any changes due to Brexit?
We at Space NK wish to ensure our customers’ online shopping experience remains unaffected and customers can continue to place orders as normal. We anticipate that there may be some delays to orders being received in EU countries during this transition period. If your order is delayed for any reason, we recommend you contact the courier company for more information. Your tracking link in your dispatch email will provide you with the latest updates.
How long will delivery take?
Under normal circumstances 5- 7 working days but as per the statement above, the delivery of your order may take longer than usual. You will receive a dispatch email once your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you, but some local postal services are experiencing delays.
What courier do you use?
For Express, we use DHL. For Standard, we use Royal Mail and your local courier. Click here to see our Delivery Options.
Will tax be deducted?
No, the price presented at checkout is the price you will pay. All prices include VAT where applicable.
Do I have to pay customs charges or import duties?
All orders shipping to the EU, excluding Spain, will be shipped using a Delivery Duties Paid service on your behalf. Therefore, there will be no additional tax and duties to pay at customs. However, if you are faced with these additional charges, please get in touch with our Customer Services who can assist you further.
I live in Europe but my country is not a part of the EU, will you cover my customs charge?
Unfortunately, if your order is being shipped to a non-European Union (non-EU) member country, we are unable to cover the duties and taxes charge. Please see the list of Non-EU countries located in Europe:

No, you can continue to use your Ndulge card as normal on our website.
