Place your order Monday-Saturday between 11am-4pm and you can collect your order from any of our stores within 1 hour.
Once you're happy with the items you have selected, click on 'Proceed to Checkout', and you will see an option that says 'Collect in Store'.
Enter your postcode and a list of your local stores will appear with the options of Express Click & Collect, or Standard Click & Collect.
Express Click & Collect will only appear if all the items in the order are available in store. If they're not, then the service will not appear.
Once you have successfully placed your order, you'll receive a confirmation email, a processing email and an email to confirm when your order is ready for collection.
Please note that we offer our complimentary gift-wrapping service with Click & Collect. You’ll need to check your items on collection but once you're happy with your order, you can request for it to be gift-wrapped in store.
Sample availability may be limited using the Express Collect from Store service - we will provide alternative samples where possible.

Please ensure that your delivery details and email address are correct before proceeding to payment. We are unable to cancel/amend items or delivery details after submitting the order. Orders using this service are processed from our stores and subject to availability. Samples selected online are also subject to store availability and may be substituted. You will receive an email with a verification code to confirm when your order is ready for collection. If the order is not collected within 10 days of placing the order, it will be returned to our warehouse and refunded. If an order cannot be fulfilled using this service, you will be notified by email and the order will automatically be changed to a Standard Click & Collect service. If you have received an email about this change and wish to cancel/amend the order, or have any queries, please contact Customer Services.
