We have different delivery options for different parts of the world. These include:
Delivery to EU
Express - 1-2 working days. Delivery Cost: €9. Order before 4pm Monday-Friday.
Tracked - 5-7 working days. Delivery Cost: €5. Free when you spend €50
Delivery to US
Tracked Express - 1-2 working days. Delivery cost: $13 Order before 4pm Monday-Friday.
Tracked Standard - 7-11 working days. Delivery cost: $7. Free when you spend $50
Delivery to China (Excluding Hong Kong)
Tracked Express: 3-5 working days. Delivery cost: ¥130. Order before 4pm Monday-Friday.
Tracked Standard - 7-11 working days. Delivery cost: ¥50. Free when you spend ¥350.
Delivery to Rest of the World (Excluding UK delivery, please click here for our UK delivery options)
Tracked Standard delivery - 7-14 working days. Delivery cost: £5. Free when you spend £40.

Can you deliver to PO boxes?
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
Will my order be tracked?
You will receive an email to confirm when your order is on its way to you. You will be able to track this with DHL and make any delivery arrangements on their website.
Am I eligible for Tax Free shipping?
If you are eligible for Tax Free Shipping, once you have entered in your delivery address and clicked 'Continue to Payment', the tax will be deducted from your total order. Click here for more information about our Tax Free shipping.
I've entered in the wrong delivery address, how can I fix this?
If the order is still being processed, please contact our Customer Service team and tell us your correct address and we would be happy to assist you. If the order is in transit with DHL, please go onto your unique tracking link and you can make the amendments on their website.
I want to cancel my order, how can I request this?
If your order has not left our warehouse, please contact our Customer Services team and we would be happy to assist you. We are unable to cancel the order once it is in transit.
