When your order is on its way to you, you will receive a dispatch email which will include a tracking reference number and tracking link.
Sometimes, your dispatch email can be redirected to your junk/spam inbox, so please check all inboxes just in case.
Alternatively, you can track your order, by logging into your shopping account and next to the order number, click on 'Track Order'. Please note tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update.

In light of the pandemic, customs across the world are facing delays, so we kindly ask our customers to allow extra time to receive their orders. However, if there has been no update on your tracking in few days (Monday-Friday excluding National Holidays), you can contact Customer Services.
