You can also track delivery of your parcel by logging into your online account and viewing your order history or using our Check Order facility via the link below and entering your order number and details.
If the status of your order is 'processing' this means your order is still in our warehouse, and we are preparing to dispatch it. During peak and promotional periods, orders may take longer to be dispatched.
After receiving your dispatch email, if your tracking link has not been updated with more information after 24 hours, please contact Customer Services so we can investigate into this.
