Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive a dispatch email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for tracking details to update on the link provided, as delivery information will only be available after this period.
If the status of your order is 'processing' this means your order is still in our warehouse, and we are preparing to dispatch it. During peak and promotional periods, orders may take longer to be dispatched.
You can also track delivery of your parcel by logging into your online account and viewing your order history or using our Check Order option.
