Postcode is not recognised
We’re sorry if you are having issues with your postcode. Firstly, make sure that you have changed the country by clicking the flag on the drop-down menu. Then make sure that your postcode is 6 digits, you can add “0” to the front of your postcode if not.
Trouble signing into My Account
We’re sorry that you’re having an issue signing in. If you click here and click “Forgotten Password” you can reset your password. You may get an error message saying “this does not match our records”, this means that you do not have a Space NK account under that email address. It is possible that you are receiving updates from our mailing list, but this does not mean you have an online ordering account. All you need to do is sign up.
Update my email address
All you need to do is log in with your current email address and go to your account. Remove a payment card
Log in and go to “My Saved Cards” in your account. You will be able to remove your saved card there.
