Oh no! We advise allowing 5 working days after your friend has successfully placed their online order for your N.dulge account to be updated with points. After this time, if they have not been added please contact Customer Services and we will investigate. You need to make sure that the email address you are using for your Refer a Friend and Space NK account is the same as your N.dulge card. If you would like to update the email in your Space NK account, you can do this by logging in, then changing it under “Personal Info”. If you wish to change your N.dulge email, then contact Customer Services with your N.dulge number, your old email address and your new email address.
