Yes, you can return your items bought in-store to our Returns department. Please send these via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Just make sure you enclose your original receipt and your name, address, a convenient telephone number and an email address in case we need to contact you. If you do not have the receipt but are an N.dulge customer, please contact Customer Services and we can check your purchase history for you. Please remember, we cannot refund postage and can only be responsible for the parcel once it arrived at our warehouse.
