Sure you can. We’re very quick at packing orders once they have been placed, so we cannot guarantee that your order can be stopped before it is dispatched but we will always try. Call us as soon as possible with your order number. However, please remember that it takes up to 30 minutes for orders to come through onto our system and we will ask you to call back after this time.
Under the distance selling regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days from receipt. Just send us a notice of cancellation by email to Customer Service and return the items to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. We cannot refund the cost of delivery after dispatch. Where items are delivered to a third party you can also exercise this right, as long as you are able to return them to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.
Customer Services opening hours are 8am-6.30pm Monday-Friday, and 9am-5pm Saturday.
