Oh no! We do try our best to package items appropriately, but things can get damaged in the post. If your parcel contains broken glass, please be very careful. Take a photo of the broken item, then discard it. We will never ask you to return broken glass back to us. However, we need proof that the item has been broken and may not be able to assist you if you cannot provide a photograph. Email the photograph to our Customer Services team along with your order number.
