If the missing item is not on your invoice and you haven't been notified it will be sent separately, the item could possibly be delayed or out of stock. Get in touch with our team who will be more than happy to let you know the status of your order.
We're sorry you’re missing samples from your order. It doesn’t happen very often however, samples can go out of stock even once they've been added to your shopping basket. Unfortunately, we're unable to send out samples separately. Please note, we're unable to send out samples for testing at this time.
