Missing item
We're really sorry you're missing an item in your order. If the item is on your invoice and you've already paid for it, please get in touch with our team as soon as possible so we can resolve this for you. If you have placed a large order, sometimes it can be shipped out in two parcels.
If the missing item is not on your invoice and you haven't been notified it will be sent separately, the item could possibly be delayed or out of stock. Get in touch with our team who will be more than happy to let you know the status of your order.
Missing sample
We're really sorry you’re missing samples from your order. It doesn’t happen very often however, samples can go out of stock even once they've been added to your shopping basket.
'Select 3 Complimentary Samples'
Our samples are subject to availability, although our site advertises that you can add up to 3 samples when placing your order with us, we'll only display what is available. Unfortunately, we're unable to send out substitute samples separately.
