We’re very sorry if something has been missed from your order. This is quite rare, but don’t worry. Firstly, it’s a good idea to check your invoice. We’d advise keeping the box and all its contents until the issue has been resolved.
- If you can see the missing product on the invoice and you’ve been charged then you’ll need to contact us as soon as possible. If it is a large order then it is likely that it is coming in multiple boxes.
- If the item is not included on your invoice, or it does not say that it will follow, then it is possible that the item is delayed or currently out of stock.
