Don’t worry! The processing status means that we have received your order and our warehouse team are preparing it for dispatch. Once your parcel is shipped from our warehouse you will receive a dispatch email to let you know. Please note that during peak and promotional periods due to the high volume of orders, your order maybe processing for slightly longer. However, we will send a dispatch email as soon as it has been shipped. Sometimes system glitches mean orders are not updated, but if you have received your dispatch email then there is nothing to worry about. If your order is still saying processing a few working days after you ordered, and you have not received a dispatch email, then contact Customer Services and we can check the status of your order.
