You should receive an email with the tracking details for your parcel once it has been dispatched. If for any reason this is missing, just contact Customer Services and we can find these details for you. Sometimes dispatch emails are mistakenly directed to your spam or junk folder, so please also check there. You can also use our Check Order facility on our account login page to track your order. Simply scroll down, enter order details, and click 'Check Status' for the latest tracking information.
