A signature is required on delivery of all parcels for security reasons. If you know you won’t be at home during normal office hours, please provide an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. If a delivery is attempted when you’re not at home, our courier service should leave a note or calling card at your address instructing you as to where your parcel is waiting for you. Parcels sent via Royal Mail are returned to your local sorting office, where they can be collected with 2 forms of Identification. Your parcel will otherwise be sent back to the local Royal Mail sorting office or Interlink Depot and held for 2 weeks, where you can arrange to collect it before it is sent back to our Returns Department.
For European and International delivery parcels are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For, and cannot exceed 2kg. Please ensure that there will be somebody available at the delivery address that will be able to provide a signature for your parcel. Your parcel will otherwise return to your postal service, and then be sent back to our Returns Department in the UK after approximately 2 weeks.
