1. INTRODUCTION
- The Space NK X NADINE MERABI Wedding Guest Hamper Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) is offered by Space NK Limited (registered no. 02773985) with registered address of 5th Floor Shropshire House, 11-20 Capper Street, London, WC1E and NADINE MERABI Limited (with registered no. 09867748) with registered address of Suite 1a, Floor 1 Statham House, Lancastrian Office Centre, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester, M32 0FP.
- The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the date on which they enter the Prize Draw, except for employees of Space NK and NADINE MERABI, their group companies, agents or anyone professionally connected with this Prize Draw and any member of their respective immediate families.
- The Prize Draw begins on Friday 23rd May 2025 at 12:00PM BST and ends on Monday 26th May 2025 at 11:59PM BST (“Prize Draw Period”). Entries received after the Prize Draw Period will not be valid.
2. HOW TO ENTER THE PRIZE DRAW
- To enter, you must like our giveaway post about the Prize Draw on Instagram, tag at least one friend in the comments, and follow both @nadinemerabi and @spacenk.
- Upon completion, you automatically will be entered with one (1) entry into the Prize Draw. You must provide all required information to be eligible to enter and win.
- Only one entry per person is permitted.
- No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.
3. SELECTION OF WINNER
- 1 winner will be chosen from all valid entries by random draw performed by a computer process on https://simpliers.com/en/giveaway/instagram by NADINE MERABI.
- The potential prize winner will be notified by Instagram DM by @nadinemerabi within 72 hours of the competition closing[JA1] . The potential prize winner will be required to respond to the DM with the prize within seven (7) days of the notification.
- All costs and expenses (including transportation, meals, visa and insurance, if applicable) not included within the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
- If a potential prize winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the time period specified above, or is disqualified for any reason, the prize will be forfeited. We reserve the right to offer the prize to an alternate winner selected based on the Prize Draw rules above.

- The prize is supplied by Space NK and NADINE MERABI.
5. CONDITIONS
- Prizes are not transferable or refundable. We offer no cash alternative for non-cash prizes. In the unlikely event of any of the prizes not being available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative or equal or similar value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by us, the prize will only be awarded to the winner. We will not replace any lost or stolen prizes.
- We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. We may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry and the prize may be withheld until and unless we (in our sole discretion) are satisfied with the verification.
- We reserve the right to disqualify any participant found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the promotion or entering using fraudulent means, or who we believe to have acted in breach of these terms and conditions, or who does not give correct contact details, or those who make an entry on someone else's behalf.
- No entries from agents, third parties, syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, script or the use of automated devices are permitted and no bulk entries.
- The winner(s)’ details (name and county) will be made available on request to those writing to Space NK, 5th Floor Shropshire House, 11-20 Capper Street, London, WC1E 6JA within ten weeks after the closing date, enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope.
- Each winner may be required to participate in publicity arising from this Prize Draw.
6. LIABILITY
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any losses, damages or claims incurred by any person in connection with the Prize Draw or receipt or misuse of any prize.
- We do not accept responsibility for any entry which for technical or other reasons is unsuccessful, incomplete, lost, late, damaged, corrupted or misdirected, or which does not comply with these terms and conditions.
- If the Prize Draw is being run on any social media platform or another third party's platform, that Prize Draw is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with that social media platform or third party (as applicable). Participants acknowledge that such social media platform or third party (as applicable) shall not have any liability to them in connection with that Prize Draw.
7. GENERAL
- Any decision of Space NK and NADINE MERABI in respect of the Prize Draw is final.
- We reserve the right to extend, withdraw, alter or suspend the Prize Draw or these terms and conditions at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
- By entering this Prize Draw, all participants will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and consent to the processing of their personal data by us for the purposes of the administration of this Prize Draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. Data that is collected will be used in accordance with Space NK’s privacy policy here and NADINE MERABI’s privacy policy here. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
- These terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
