Many parts of the UK and Ireland are currently facing extreme weather conditions, which are causing disruptions to delivery services. Parcels due for delivery in these areas will incur a 48-72 hour delay until the weather condition improves.
While we’re working hard to ensure all orders arrive as soon as possible, please be aware that the following may occur:
- Delayed deliveries: Orders may take longer than usual to arrive.
- Tracking updates: You may see slower or less frequent updates on your tracking page.
- Weather-related disruptions: Specific areas may be impacted more severely than others, and delivery schedules may change unexpectedly. See message from DPD.
Storm Éowyn is going to impact our deliveries and collections across Ireland tomorrow
A red weather warning has been issued by Met Éireann ahead of the arrival of Storm Éowyn, with 'status red' warnings across all of Ireland throughout Friday morning and into the afternoon for some counties.
Our operations in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man have been suspended for tomorrow.
Due to these severe weather warnings, parcels collected yesterday, today and tomorrow bound for Ireland and the Isle of Man will incur a 24-hour delay.
We will as always do everything possible to minimise any disruption to you and your customers, and we'll deliver your parcels as soon as it is safe to do so.
If we have your customers' contact details, we will inform them of any delay.
