Why haven’t my points from my last order been added?
Online, points will be awarded to the account 48 hours after order dispatch.
N.dulge points aren’t being redeemed on my order
On the checkout under Payment & Summary, make sure you’ve selected to ‘Use your N.dulge card to earn points on your purchase and redeem your N.centives (rewards).’ Make sure your N.dulge Number is entered, and you’ve typed the amount you want to redeem without the £ sign i.e 5.50. Select the Redeem button, do not hit enter. If you do not have any N.centives to redeem it will show underneath after you’ve pressed the Redeem button.
How can I keep track of how many points/n.centives i've earned?
For GBP N.dulge card holders - Log into your online account, (create an account if they don’t already have one) click on the My Account tab, scroll to the N.dulge rewards section where you will be able to view your points and N.centive balance. If this information is not displayed, please enter the 20 digit N.dulge number on the back of the card and click Submit. Euro N.dulge card holders can receive a balance check with a beauty adviser in-store.
When will I receive my plastic n.dulge card?
You'll receive your fabulous personalised N.dulge Card in the post 2-4 weeks after you join. Customers who sign up in-store within the Republic of Ireland will receive their N.dulge card upon registration.
How do I access my membership details and protect my card against loss/theft?
Once you sign up to N.dulge, your membership is already protected and registered.

Do I have to wait to receive my N.dulge card in the post before I can earn points?
No, all you need is your unique N.dulge membership number and you can earn points in-store, online and by phone. You'll find your unique membership number on your receipt if you registered in-store, or on your confirmation screen if you registered online.
How do I redeem points?
In-store, points will be registered on your N.dulge card straight away. Online, points will be awarded to the account 48 hours after order dispatch.

When do points expire?
If you have collected 100 points or more, your points will be converted into N.centives and loaded onto your card. If you have not reached 100 points, your points will expire after 12 months.
Does my card have an expiry date?
No. However, if inactive for a period of 16 months or more, your card will become invalid and the remaining balance will not be transferable to a new card and cannot be refunded.
Do I have to wait a whole year to be upgraded?
No. As soon as your spending qualifies you for our N.dulge de luxe membership, you will be automatically upgraded. We will confirm this via email. You will then be entitled to enjoy all the benefits this upgrade brings. For example, if you become a member of N.dulge on 1st January 2011 and you spend £/€1,000 by 15th October 2011, you'll be automatically upgraded to our N.dulge de luxe membership and receive all the extra benefits this brings until 15th October 2012. If you spend a further £/€1,000 before 15th October 2012 you will remain an N.dulge de luxe member for a further year. *Update example to more current year.
What happens if I don't spend enough in a year?
If your spending falls below that required for N.dulge de luxe membership, you will then revert to the previous N.dulge tier. However, you will be upgraded again as soon as your spending goes above £/€1,000 within a 12-month period.

I have not received my birthday gift
In the lead up to your birthday, we send an email to members to notify them they have a gift waiting for them. N.dulge members collect their birthday treat in-store whereas N.dulge de luxe members are asked to kindly contact our dedicated N.dulge customer service team on +44(0)208 740 2086. If you have not received an email please kindly contact our N.dulge team on +44(0)208 740 2086 who will be able to further assist you.
What if I lose my N.dulge card?
You should immediately report this by calling our dedicated N.dulge customer care line on +44(0)208 740 2086. We will arrange for a replacement card to be sent to you as soon as possible.
If I forget my N.dulge card, can I get the points added at a later date?
Yes, simply call our dedicated N.dulge customer care line on +44(0)208 740 2086 within 7 days of your purchase and ask for your points to be added. Please ensure you have your receipt and N.dulge Card number to hand.
