Selecting delivery issues
The shipping methods available to you are based on the delivery address, some of our products, for example fragrance, are deemed as hazardous materials and as such we are unable to ship these items internationally. Please review the items in your basket and any with the hazmat logo will need to be removed before you can check out.

Entering N.dulge number
If you are an N.dulge member please enter your 20 digit card number in the My Account > N.dulge section of the site.
Once entered all of your web transactions will include a point issuance and the ability to redeem any available N.centives.

A maximum of 1 gift cards can be used per transaction.
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards or Vouchers.
N.dulge members will earn points on their N.dulge card when they purchase a Gift Card. N.dulge members will not earn points on their N.dulge card when they redeem a Gift Card.
N.dulge N.centives (rewards) cannot be used to purchase a Gift Card.
Customers must be present when they present their Gift Card in order to make purchases in-store.

If you notice any errors after you’ve placed your order, please call Customer Services on +44 (0)20 8740 2085 after 30 minutes. Unfortunately before and after this time we may not be able to assist you with any changes. Customer Services opening hours are 8am-6.30pm Monday-Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday.

How do you search for products on your site?
There is a search box on the right hand side of the website on desktop and under the menu on mobiles. Enter your search term and hit enter or return button. If there are no results please check your spelling, or the product may be out of stock or we do not stock that particular brand/product.
Can’t find the product I want / Product I want is out of stock, will you be getting it back?
Unfortunately due to high demand some of our product range sells out. If you can’t find a product on the site that was featured in an email or previously this product has now sold out. Some of our products feature ‘Notify me when available’ which will email you when a product comes back into stock.

How do I use a gift card?
You must be logged in to your Space NK account. Once going through to checkout, under Payment & Summary, select ‘Use Gift Card’ option. Enter the full gift card number (shown underneath the barcode) and security pin (scratch off the security cover at the top of the card) and click the Check Balance button. Type into the Gift Card Amount box the total amount you would like to redeem, without the £ sign, e.g 5.50 and click the Apply button. Your discount will show in the order review on the right hand side of the page.
How do I enter a promotional code?
Enter the unique promotional code in the promo code box on the Shopping bag Page, before checkout, for the offer to apply. The promotional code cannot be applied retrospectively, and has to be added to the order before checking out and paying.
How do I redeem N.dulge points?
To redeem N.centives, you must be logged in to your Space NK N.dulge account. How do I earn N.dulge points?
You earn N.dulge points on all purchases made in UK stores and online at spacenk.com. Euro N.dulge card holders can earn points on all purchases made within our Republic of Ireland stores. You will collect 1 point for every £1/€1 you spend. You need to spend £/€100 to receive a £/€5 N.centive. However, if you spend £/€1,000 or more within a 12- month period, you will qualify for N.dulge de luxe membership and receive a £/€10 N.centive for every £/€100 you spend. When you reach 100 points, the £/€5 or £/€10 N.centive will be loaded onto your card within 24 hours.
