What items are excluded from promotions?
Exclusions are set for each offer. Please refer to the individual promotion’s terms and conditions for the specific product exclusions. Can we mention that most promotions exclude Sale and gift cards?
How do I used a promo code?
Enter the unique promotional code in the promo code box on the Shopping bag Page, before checkout, for the offer to apply. The promotional code cannot be applied retrospectively, and has to be added to the order before checking out and paying.
Why doesn’t my promotional code work?
Complimentary gifts will show on the Shopping Bag page, underneath all items to be purchased, if the gift has not appeared the promotional code has not been applied. If the coupon code shows as NOT APPLIED then unfortunately the gift has sold out. If the code shows as ‘unknown’ the offer has either ended or the code has already been redeemed a maximum number of times.

Can I use more than one promotional code in an order?
Generally delivery promotions and complimentary gifts can be used together, but no two delivery promotions can be used in the same order. Please refer to the individual promotion’s terms and conditions for specific exclusions.
Return items with a promo/GWP
If any items purchased to receive a gift are returned, bringing the basket total below the spending threshold, the gift must also be returned in its entirety along with any items purchased as part of the promotion, including the bag they were originally packaged in. No individual items may be removed or exchanged separately.

Free delivery isn’t applying
Some promotions cannot be used together. If the offer or the free delivery is not applying please check qualifiers in the individual promotion’s terms and conditions. In cases where it’s money off the total must reach the delivery qualifying threshold after the promotion has been applied.
You cannot use two delivery promotions in one order.
Please make sure next day delivery is selected at checkout, otherwise orders will be automatically sent with UK standard delivery.
