Orders placed online before 12 noon will be ready for collection in-store the next working day (Monday to Friday) from the order date. You will receive an email once your order has arrived at the store. Email notifications for despatch, arrival and return to the warehouse upon non-collection, will be sent to the email address provided when the order was placed.
Our Click & Collect service is available for most, but not all of our items. Items available for Pre/Back orders are excluded. We are unable to accept orders that include items for both store collection as well as postal delivery, so in these cases please place two separate orders – one for store collection and one for postal delivery.
When collecting your order please remember to bring a copy of your order confirmation with you. We will hold your order at your chosen store for 9 days from the date of delivery to the store. If you are unable to collect your order within this time, please contact customer services on +44 (0) 208 740 2085 to arrange an alternative date for collection. After this period your order will be returned to our warehouse and your order will be refunded via your original payment.
